Rob Lloyd - Company Director
Rob Started the business in 1985 at the tender age of 21 from his parents home with one van, using his bedroom as the office. 4 moves later, Rob is responsible for taking the business to where it is today with the help of his fantastic team. Ever present in the office, Rob will turn his hand to anything to ensure the whole operation runs smoothly and efficiently, be it pod entry or loading a groupage trailer, it all has to be done!! A follower of Bristol City, Rob's other interests include youth football (FA Qualified Coach), all sports and running to half marathon distance.

Caroline Howell - Company Secretary & Accounts Manager
Caroline joined the team back in 1997 when we were based at Hambrook and has been an integral part of our expansion over the years. As well as being our Company Secretary, Caroline controls our accounts department and can also be found manning the phones and dealing with general traffic enquiries during busy periods. Caroline's interests include fine wine, music and her garden.

Kev Greene - Senior Traffic Manager
This is Kev's 2nd period with Sureway, and was originally one of our HGV drivers. Kev gained some valuable traffic office experience with one of our existing customers before rejoining us back in October 1999. As Senior Traffic Manager, Kev has been in the industry all of his working life and is vastly experienced in all aspects of our operation. An 'early riser', Kev plans and routes all of our Palletforce traffic and has the overall responsibility for our traffic department. Another keen follower of Bristol City, Kev follows most sports and is also a keen walker.

Tim Beddoe - Pallet Network Manager
Tim joined the Sureway team back in January 2000 as a van driver 'whilst between jobs'!! Many years later Tim is still with us and is now a very important member of the team. Overseeing the whole transport operation during the afternoons, Tim's responsibilities include route planning, driver de-brief, and ensuring all of our Palletforce trunkers arrive at their allocated slots in what is a critical part of the day. Relaxation is taken up by cycling (up to 40 miles at a time!!), squash, art and music.

Tom Harding - Pallet Network Administrator
Tom is the newest member of the team in what is his first 'proper' job. Largely responsible for our Palletforce input Tom has developed into a mature and confident member of the traffic office and also handles many general enquiry calls. Showing maturity beyond his years, Tom has a fantastic future in the industry and in his spare time enjoys both playing Football (he's 6'2") and watching his beloved Bristol City.

Nicki Etheridge - Business Development Manager
Nicki joined the team in February 2006 and has over 30 years experience in the haulage industry. Previous employers have included Danzas, United Carriers and DHL and Nicki's move to Sureway is a major step in developing our Pallet traffic. Nicki has attracted new business from a variety of customers and is a valued member of the team. Nicki's interests include scuba diving and she is also an accomplished piano player.

Amy Cox - Transport Administrator
Amy has been with Sureway since November 2005 and is the first point of contact for all incoming calls, a very capable member of the team, Amy is responsible for data entry, pod requests, bookings and collections. Gaining confidence by the day, Amy can turn her hand to almost any task in our busy transport office. In her spare time, Amy enjoys walking, reading and watching films.
