Rob Lloyd

Managing Director

Rob Started the business in 1985 at the tender age of 21 from his parents home with one van, using his bedroom as the office. 4 moves later, Rob is responsible for taking the business to where it is today with the help of his fantastic team. Ever present in the office, Rob will turn his hand to anything to ensure the whole operation runs smoothly and efficiently, be it pod entry or loading a groupage trailer, it all has to be done!! A follower of Bristol City, Rob's other interests include youth football (FA Qualified Coach), all sports and running to marathon distance.

Caroline Howell

Company Secretary & Accounts Manager

Caroline joined the team back in 1997 when we were based at Hambrook and has been an integral part of our expansion over the years. As well as being our Company Secretary, Caroline controls our accounts department and can also be found manning the phones and dealing with general traffic enquiries during busy periods. Caroline's interests include fine wine, music and her garden. Caroline celebrated 20 years of service with Sureway in 2017

Tom Harding

Operations Manager

Tom joined Sureway straight from school in 2006 and has been ever present since, working his way up over the years to head our operations team. Tom is also responsible for the routing of our Palletforce traffic routing in excess of 300 pallets a day. A family man at heart in his spare time he enjoys watching Bristol City and keeping fit with the help of his two young sons. Tom celebrated 10 years of service with Sureway in 2016.

Abbie Brown

Transport & Network Operations

Abbie joined the team in 2011 as our receptionist and over the following years has quickly learnt more and more. A real ‘jack of all trades’ Abbie can assist in most areas of the operation be it planning, payroll, insurance or operations. Keeping fit and looking after her new house keep her busy when not at her desk.

Frankie Lloyd

Transport & Network Operations

A relatively new recruit in 2017 Frankie is a newcomer to the transport industry but a fast learner. Having left West London University with a degree in Event Management & Tourism Frankie decided that a career in transport was the way forward and Frankie is an integral member of the team working between our early and late shifts, with an occasional early shift thrown in to keep her on her toes.

Beth Tibbenham


Beth has made the switch from retail to transport recently joining Sureway as our new receptionist and first port of call for your enquiries. Also responsible for data entry and keeping an eye on our KPI’s Beth has proved to be a fast learner and has a bright future.
